Email andy@tryraptor.app. Support, billing, privacy, security and legal questions all go to this address, and you will hear back from a person within two business days.

• The email address on your account, if you have one.
• The task identifier, if your question is about a task. Apps inside other platforms show it when a task starts.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots help; passwords and payment card numbers never belong in an email.

When you use a Raptor app inside a platform such as ChatGPT, the platform handles your account and conversation, and Raptor runs the task it is given and reports back in the conversation. To stop a running task, ask the assistant to stop it. To check on a task or see its files, ask how the task went. Nothing is sold inside a platform app.

Account holders can delete content and close their account inside the Services. If you used an app without a Raptor account, email the task identifier and we delete the task and its files. Content produced through a platform app without an account is deleted 14 days after the task completes in any case. What we collect, who receives it and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy policy.
