Security starts with the requirements.
A project’s controls should reflect its data, users and responsibilities. Define the requirements before deciding how the system should work.

Access and ownership.
Work through who needs access, what each role can see or change, and who owns the system and its data. Any access to business accounts or records needs an agreed scope and authorization.
Review where it matters.
Identify sensitive actions and decide where human approval belongs. Define permissions and a useful record of activity around the work the system is meant to do.
Plan for operation.
Agree on responsibilities for configuration, maintenance, monitoring and recovery. The controls and support arrangements for an engagement belong in its project requirements and agreement.
Start with your requirements.
Tell us about your operating environment and any data-handling or access requirements. Discuss a project with Raptor.
Please do not include passwords, private customer records or confidential files in an initial inquiry.
