Raptor SMS privacy.
This policy covers the Raptor SMS/MMS assistant operated by Raptor Operations LLC. It describes the program we are preparing to launch.

Information used
When you use the service, we process your phone number, messages and attachments, messaging timestamps and delivery status, consent and opt-out records, and the preferences you provide. If you separately authorize an account connection, we process the information needed for the features you enable.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide assistance, deliver messages you have consented to receive, remember your preferences, handle support, protect the service, and maintain consent records. Proactive assistance follows the messaging purpose you opted into.
Service providers
Twilio handles SMS/MMS delivery. Hosting and AI providers may process information needed to operate the assistant under service-provider arrangements. We will identify the AI and account-connection providers before enabling those features. Send only information you are comfortable having processed for the requested assistance.
No sale of SMS consent
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Consent cannot be sold or transferred to another sender.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only for service operation, security, support, and legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to honor your choices and document compliance. Reply STOP to stop messages. Contact andy@tryraptor.app to request access, correction, or deletion. An opt-out does not automatically delete prior records.
Security and changes
SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send passwords, verification codes, financial account credentials, or highly sensitive personal information. We will update this policy when the service or its providers change and show the revised date. Contact andy@tryraptor.app with privacy questions.
Program status.
Messaging is not available. Enrollment and sending require carrier verification and implementation before launch. The website inquiry form does not enroll anyone in SMS.
