Raptor SMS terms.
These terms cover the Raptor SMS/MMS assistant offered by Raptor Operations LLC. The service is preparing to launch and is not available yet.

Program and consent
The program provides conversational assistance and proactive service messages, including reminders, summaries, check-ins, task updates, and alerts. Subscribe only from a number you control by following the disclosure at /sms and texting START after launch, then replying YES to the confirmation request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This subscription does not authorize promotional messages or access to other accounts.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by your requests, preferences, and activity. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Any Raptor subscription or paid feature will show its price and require your agreement before you are charged.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to +1 (833) 709-3720 to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact andy@tryraptor.app. To rejoin, follow the enrollment disclosure, text START, and reply YES to confirm.
Availability and AI assistance
Delivery depends on your carrier, connectivity, and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AI responses can be inaccurate. Review outputs and drafts before relying on them. Raptor is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional advice.
Connected accounts and actions
Connecting an account requires separate authorization. The permissions and actions available will be explained when you connect. Agreeing to SMS messages does not grant permission to send email, spend money, or perform other external actions on your behalf.
Privacy and changes
The SMS privacy policy explains information used by this program. We will publish changes to these terms with an updated date. Material changes to the messaging purpose will require appropriate renewed consent.
Program status.
Messaging is not available. Enrollment and sending require carrier verification and implementation before launch. The website inquiry form does not enroll anyone in SMS.
